Fokus only earns when you earn — our standard commission is 18% + ₱5 fixed per sale, and during our launch promo period it drops to just 15% + ₱4. No monthly fees, no per-photo listing fees, no hidden processing charges.
You do. Always. Uploading to Fokus grants us a non-exclusive license to display and deliver your work to paying buyers — nothing more. You retain full ownership and can take your galleries down at any time.
Every preview is dynamically watermarked with a pattern that blends into the image and is extremely difficult to remove cleanly. The full-resolution, unwatermarked original is stored in an encrypted vault and only released to the buyer after a completed transaction.
Most studios publish their first gallery within an hour of onboarding. We verify your identity and bank details during sign-up, then you can upload immediately. Your first payout clears within 7 days of your first sale.
No. Fokus is non-exclusive. Sell the same photos on your own website, Instagram, or other platforms — we only take a cut on what sells here. Many of our top photographers run Fokus alongside their private client work.
We handle customer support, refund requests, and chargebacks. In the rare case a refund is issued, the corresponding amount is reversed from your balance — never clawed back from money already paid out. Full audit trail available in your dashboard.

Fokus sets a standard, industry-aligned price per photo (currently ₱125) across all events. We do this on purpose — uniform pricing protects the market value of event photography in the Philippines and prevents the undercutting that hurts everyone. We review the rate periodically with input from our partner photographers.
